User Help Desk and Škoda Connect Support

In case the user has an issue with CBA application itself or any hardware, browser settings, connection issues etc., contact your Importer's Single Point of Contact (SPOC).

For CBA issues, use the CBA checklist and provide all necessary details to the SPOC.

In case the user has an issue related to any Škoda connect issue (e.g. enrollment issues, Preferred Service Partner setup etc.), contact Škoda Connect support
