CBA has introduced an Expired License Check feature aimed at enhancing the management of vehicle connect licenses during the sales process.
Functionality:
- VIN Entry: When a dealer enters a vehicle's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) into the CBA system, the system automatically initiates a check on the connect licenses associated with that vehicle.
- License Verification: CBA verifies the status of these connect licenses to ensure they are still valid. This includes checking if any licenses have already expired or are due to expire within the next six months.
- Notification of Expiry: If the system detects any licenses that are expired or approaching expiration (within six months), it will promptly notify the dealer.
- Detailed List: The CBA displays a list of all the licenses that are either expired or nearing expiration. This list helps the dealer to identify which licenses need attention.
