Škoda Ident verification is not a mandatory action, this window does not have to be fulfilled.
In case the customer requires to use remote access services, to be able to perform Škoda Ident verification, these fields must be filled in.
Find the customer, select “Škoda Ident”, click on “Update Information”, do the necessary changes and then click “Save”. (The green button will change from “Update Information” to “Save”.)
