The data is related to the date of creation in CBA.

List of all customer records created in CBA:

Sales country

Country where the vehicle was sold

Partner key

Key of the partner/dealership

Dealer name

Name of the dealer selling the vehicle and entering the customer’s/vehicle’s record to CBA

Date of CBA profile creation

Date when the customer’s record in CBA was saved

Škoda ID invitation sent

If email to register to Škoda ID was sent

Škoda ID registered

If Škoda ID account was successfully created

Škoda Connect Account

If Škoda Connect account was successfully created

Mobile App invitation

If email to download MyŠKODA was sent

Mobile App installed

If the customer has logged in to new downloaded MyŠKODA app

Škoda Ident requested (via CBA)

If Škoda Ident is required by the customer

Škoda Ident verified

If Škoda Ident was verified and saved

Customer Registration Completed

If all required steps for the customer are complete
